1. IONOPHORESIS
It combines galvanization with pharmacotherapy. By means of direct current, ions of medicaments that dissociate in water (gels, water solutions) are introduced into body tissues. Medicaments penetrate the skin from a specific pole (anode, cathode). The treatment makes it possible to introduce into a desirable spot far more particles of medicaments in comparison with rubbing onto the skin. We also use sulfide and mud ionophoresis.

2. GALVANIZATION
Direct current that passes between electrodes placed on damp pads increases blood supply to the tissues and improves the nervous-muscular system. It has painkilling and anti-inflammatory effects that lower muscle tension and oedemas.

3. PULSOTRONIC
It is an electrostimulation machine of high electrotherapeutic efficiency. Modulated impulse currents of medium frequency are capable of stimulating neuromuscular structures. They are felt by the patients as pleasing vibrations.

4. DIADYNAMIC
Modulated currents formed by galvanic current and sinusoidal current. They are mostly recommended to obtain an analgesic action, and to relieve muscle tension.

5. INTERFERENCE CURRENTS
Interference currents of medium frequency applied through two pairs of electrodes placed on the patient’s body creating two electric circuits that cross each other. As a result of interference, the therapeutic effect takes place in the centre of the affected part of the body. They alleviate pain, stimulate the peripheral circulation, nutritional processes and metabolism of tissues. They relieve the tension of the symphatetic nervous system, and are used in neuralgias, polyncuropatia, algesic syndromes of denegerative diseases of the spine, and disorders of the peripheral circulation.

6. KOTZ CURRENTS
Stimulation by Kotz, or Russian stimulation, is used to build up the muscle strength and develop musculature.

7. TRÄBERT CURRENT
A rectangular impulse current of constant parameters: time per impulse 2 ms and interval time 5 ms. It is remarkably beneficial in the therapy of pain syndromes related to spinal disorders, neurology with a spastic component, and other diseases of the peripheral nervous system.

8. TENS CURRENTS
Impulse currents used mostly in protracted analgesic therapy and in stimulation of skeletal muscles. It is applied in neuralgias, polyncuropatia, algesic syndromes in spinal degenerative diseases, and disorders of the peripheral circulation.

9. TONOLYSIS
It consists in stimulation of a spastic muscle by means of a series of adequate therapeutic current impulses providing a better blood supply.
